Corporate Governance Awards

At Harel Frères, much emphasis is laid on Corporate Governance. We are indeed proud that our efforts to put in place sound procedures and transparent systems have been amply acknowledged by our peers and rewarded by independent bodies.

In fact, Harel Frères reaped the coveted Best Corporate Governance Disclosures for its 2005 annual report in the PwC 2006 Published Accounts Awards.
In 2007, Harel Frères was awarded the Special Award of the National Committee for Corporate Governance for its 2006 annual report in the context of the PwC Corporate Reporting Awards 2007. This was in respect of the disclosures regarding individual directors' remuneration and the description of its internal control procedures. The company was also a nominee in the SEM 7 category companies.

In 2010, it is the National Committee for Corporate Governance that rewarded the 2008 annual report of Harel Frères group for its Corporate Governance Disclosures.
